The Co lder spot that is open is gonna stay vacant...however ~J~, the leader of marvel could possibly coming in to fill that spot if his clan doesnt work out...i think it would b good to mix it up or wateva...

it actually would prolly be more fair or easier to bring anotha ldr frm the outside rather than choosing among members that prolly both think that they are qualified for the pos which they prolly are....
it happens all the time in businesses. Managers are pulled from other stores rather than choosing a faithful employee that has been with the business for years.
but if that dnt work out there are two members in mind that the members will vote for..
