Important News and Info

Im begginnig to get upset and a little frustrated...im pretty hard to get mad tho so im not mad yet.

There has been numerous ongoing off and on problems going on with the MOA and because of that my MAIN original (KOK) Ldr is now gone -Source aka (KOK)DarkAkuma aka LawdFx.

and im reallly kinda upset about the situation because i dont understand why ppl cant get along...especially over the internet. It should be easy to get along with ppl that u have never saw. No ONE in this clan should be disrepecting N E Body! Idc wat position u may hold in this clan....Ldr, coldr, mod, member....whoever. NOBODY should be disrespecting anybody. Its one of the main rules. Everyone is important. I would go on the limb and say the members are more important than the ldrs. because wat are ldrs if they have no members to lead. members make clans.....not the ldrs.

Im going to redo the MOA list and since sum have left, those positions will NOT be filled this will b the new line up for the MOA
(co ldr spot is questionable...so there MIGHT b 2)

Leader - 1
Co ldr. - 1
Supermod - 1
Mod - 2

Im cutting down on that because tht mite be where my prob is...too many "bosses"

well to all the members i would like to encourage u not to give up....just cause ppl leave...thats normal, even for a succesful clan. ppl come and go. Just as long as u do ur job to stay loyal...then thats all tht matters...u can know for urself that u did everything tht u could to keep the clan togetha...then thats all i ask of u. and i know i shouldnt single n e body out but i would just like to thank the following members for their outstanding loyalty over the years!

and all tht being said i was just like to say to the members....please b nice....and rep ur clan to the fullest folk.

and one more thing bout the MOA. The members of administration will be picked strictly under these two conditions:

1. Experience wit KOK
2. Leadership Experience (meaning u have been a ldr/co.ldr n anotha clan.

so pls dnt get upset if u get downranked or wateva u call it...im just doin this so i can be more fair to everyone....

so please everyone take all of this in and lets hope i dnt have to have anotha "pep talk" like this for a while
so lets go out there and recruit and make this clan the biggest, most succesful clan in sfo....u can do it!! cheers
